I want to order several hampers to go to different people. Can I input different delivery addresses at checkout?

At the moment, no and we’re sorry about this. It frustrates us too! If your order is for 10+ gifts, you can email and request a shipping template which one of the team will send you. It’s an excel document and is dead easy to fill in. Then we’ll ask you to place your order and use the same billing address for shipping. Return the completed template to us using the same email and quote your order number in the subject line and email body. We’ll take it from there and ensure your gifts are delivered to the correct recipients.


If your order is for less than 10 gifts, you can still follow this process but please bear in mind this may elongate your delivery time by up to 5 working days.


Do you sell any hampers without alcohol?

We certainly do. Head to our collection of Non Alcoholic Hampers and you’ll find a lovely selection of booze-free British treats.


Do you sell any nut free hampers?

Whilst some of our hampers don’t contain nuts, many of the contents are made in premises which handle nuts. For this reason our hampers are not specifically “nut free” just yet and we’d advise the recipient to always check the ingredient list before consuming any of the goodies.

What comes first on a scone, the cream or the jam?

This has been a hot topic in the office while we develop our Afternoon Tea range. As yet, a decision is to be made so please do let us know how you like yours!


Can I leave a gift message?

Yes, you can! It is easy to miss so look out for the “gift note” box on the cart page, before you proceed to checkout.



Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately, we have paused international delivery at the moment. Both Brexit and the pandemic have made this very difficult for UK businesses. We are working with an expert courier team at the moment so please check back later in the year!


Do you offer next day delivery?

Unfortunately we’re unable to offer next day delivery, but for just £3.95 select DPD Express Delivery at checkout to get prioritised delivery in 1 - 2 days. 



Do you offer corporate gift hampers?

We certainly do! In fact, before the pandemic, we were a corporate gifting company only so this is our bread and butter. We love the creativity involved with corporate projects and we can cater for a number of occasions, from onboarding packages, client/staff appreciation, milestone achievements, events, product launches and more! Please contact a member of our friendly team to discuss your requirements.


Can I choose a gift hamper from the website and apply my company branding?

Yes. We have a range of branding options, from coloured ribbon with your logo, to custom designed box sleeves and more! See our Corporate Gifting page for more info and examples of our previous work.


Do you have any minimum order quantities?

Technically, our minimum for branding is 50 gifts. Occasionally we can still offer branding for lower quantities but this depends on your budget. We do have several ways of working with our clients so, if you give out gifts throughout the year, you can order the branding upfront which we will stock for you and add to your gifts as and when you place orders.


Can I pay by company credit card?

You can indeed. However, please be aware that a small handling fee may be applied for credit and Paypal payments.


I want to bulk order hampers for staff/clients? Do I have to place this through the website?

No, for large orders (or anything above 20 gift boxes) you can contact us directly and we’ll assist you from there. All prices listed include VAT


Do you offer promotional merchandise?

We certainly do. We can offer your standard promotional merch, such as branded pens, mugs, notebooks etc. We love the opportunity to get creative though and some of our recent client projects include branded umbrellas, stress balls – even a branded piggy bank with an oversized snout!



I have a product(s) that would look great in your hampers – can I get in touch?

Yes, please do! We’re always on the lookout for unique, intriguing, and great-tasting items that reflect both the diversity and heritage of the UK, so we would love to try your products. It is important that your business is ethical, environmentally conscious and registered in the UK. We also ask that a substantial part of the manufacturing process is carried out here too. We have great relationships with our producers so we hope to meet you soon!
